The ICF has updated mentor coaching standards with new qualification requirements starting in 2027 to raise consistency, quality, and integrity via enhanced training and competency-based expectations.

My Mentor Group Program aligns with the International Coach Federation (ICF) standards, ensuring 10 Mentoring hours. Ideal for those who:

Seek ICF ACC/PCC renewal or initial credentials.
Aim to fulfill the 10-hour Mentor Coaching prerequisite for ACC or PCC.
Wish to acquire 7-10 Core Competency CCEs.
