How Masterful are you in Your coaching today?

Coaching is an art, and just as it is with any talent, master coaches dedicate themselves to the process of practice, development, and embodiment. Most importantly, master coaches understand that mastery begins within themselves. Their entire selves.

A quote by Robert Hargrove captures the coach’s journey perfectly:

“A masterful coach is a leader who by nature is a vision builder and value shaper, not just a technician who manages people to reach their goals and plans through tips and techniques. To be able to do this requires that the coach discover his or her own humanness and humanity, while being a clearing for others to do the same.” ― Robert Hargrove, Masterful Coaching

Through your commitment to becoming more present, more connected, more authentic, and more human in your coaching, you expand into greater levels of masterful coaching.

And I’m here to be your guide.

Welcome Coach!

I am Marilyn and I hold my PCC credential with over 4800 coaching hours logged since my coach training through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) over seven years ago.

I completed the updated ICF PCC Marker Assessor Training designed to prepare Mentors to use the PCC Markers to assess coaching recordings/sessions to determine if they meet the ICF minimum performance standards for Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level coaching.

My experience and commitment toward continued personal development, learning, and coach mastery directly relate to my passion for supporting coaches in optimizing their fullest potential and self while creating lasting and sustainable change.

Would love to support you in clarifying your path forward.
